Natalie Tull Greene (she/her)
An avid athlete, Natalie was introduced to yoga and started a regular practice in 2005 after a series of injuries rendered her unable to maintain her high impact activities. Yoga was the answer to physical healing, resilience and building strength and mobility both in and out of the gym.
With a desire to take her physical and spiritual practice deeper, Natalie sought out teacher training. She completed her first 200-hour Registered Yoga Training (RYT) through Yoga Works under the guidance of Natasha Rizopoulos. She completed her second RYT, a 200 hour-plus soul exploration through the Golden Buddha Yoga School in New Jersey.
Natalie’s yoga background is diverse and robust, with experience in vinyasa yoga, ashtanga yoga, iyengar yoga, katonah yoga, and more. Her classes offer an energetic and creative alignment- based practice for both beginner and seasoned students.
Sage Roundtree’s Yoga for Athletes training inspired Natalie to bring yoga to the “athlete” community where she works with high school and college athletes. Other certifications include Yin and Wall Vinyasa yoga. Natalie is also a certified Yoga Tune Up® instructor and Roll Model Method practitioner.
Natalie brings her diverse experiences and exuberant personality to offer fun filled and stealthy challenging classes. Emphasizing functional movement, her classes will leave you inspired to try something new.
