You’ll start with a creative flow to to to mobilize joints, move awareness inwards, and shake off the accumulated “dust” of the day. Then you’ll move into some seriously sublime restorative postures. As you settle into that deeper restorative space your teacher will provide props to support the body as you undo, relax, let go and restore.

 
 

Katonah Restorative & Breathwork

Katonah Restorative is an opportunity to weave your awareness through the framework of your body using the scaffolding of props, the magic of your imagination and the presence of your breath

A restorative practice gives you a chance to reorient back to your center. In this class you will explore asana as a tool to truly restore the framework of your body so that you can find ease and truly settle in to the present moment.

Expect to stay in poses for longer stretches of time, use prop setups, lots of adjustments and breathwork.

 

Restore

A seriously relaxing class with a sequence to help you unwind tensions, relax your muscles, and soothe the soul. As you slow down and settle into deeply restorative poses you will find opportunity to quiet the mind, undo the build up daily life and Slow. Down.
